Description:
Prefabricated concrete block shuttering magnet is designed to fix shuttering profiles on the steel casting tables. The switchable button can easily activate the concrete block magnet to position on the casting table and can then be easy and accurate to fasten without any movement.
Prefabricated concrete magnet is simple composed of U-shape steel housing, array of powerful rare earth magnets, and on/off button. The U-shape housing protects the magnets from damage in production and protects operators from hurting by the powerful magnets too. The special designed magnetic circuit enables less high end NdFeB magnets to generate ultra higher magnetic force. And then makes it light and easy to operate the shuttering magnet. The on/off button makes the concrete block magnet to activate or deactivate conveniently. In the deactivated mode, you may position or remove the light magnet easily. During production, the compact design could save expensive table space and then maximize the width of the prefabricated panel. Moreover, it increases the centerline distance between the magnets, which will reduce the required magnet quantity and then save investment.
