For product handling, our robotic machines perform pre-collation, batch forming, product flow management and product assortment.
Thanks to their lightweight tooling, these machines provide a 30% reduction on average in relation to traditional gripping heads, due to the smart association of composite materials (carbon, aluminum in a honeycomb structure) and the use of agglomerated polymers by 3D printing.
Various types of gripping tooling can be used to preserve products: membranes, suction cups, grippers, etc., while the choice of loading arm is optimized in order to make energy savings.
